The Department of Materials Engineering has a total area of 8,244 m2, with 5,389 m2 distributed among 7 (seven) laboratory buildings, in addition to 815 m2 of faculty offices, 1,690 m2 common areas, 250 m2 of administration offices, 50 m2 of seminar rooms, and 50 m2 referred to the Academic Materials Center.
