Manufacturer and model: Anton Paar - HIT 300

Description: The Hit 300 is a top-notch yet very affordable nanohardness meter, built for every user and every type of environment. The intuitive and automated Hit 300 allows you to perform 600 measurements per hour, even while you are away. The equipment allows measurements of nano-hardness, modulus of elasticity. Measurement can be done in force control or penetration mode. Measurement can be automated in one direction (profiles) and hardness measurement can be made as a function of depth, useful for thin coatings. Active anti-vibration damping ensures accuracy in all environments. A unique 2-laser aiming system provides an accuracy of <1 mm when aiming the sample.
