Description: Shimadzu's Energy Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometer, model EDX-720, allows the qualitative and quantitative analysis of elements with atomic weights between Na and Uranium. This equipment has an X-ray tube with an Rh anode that operates between 5-50 kV and 1-1,000 microA. Allows the analysis of solid, liquid or powder samples. The maximum sample sizes allowed are 300 mm in diameter and 150 mm in height.
